Our special ‘Better Environment Award’ is open for entries from tourism and hospitality businesses across South West England. Closes on 31 August. This is a joint award with our sponsors South West Water and is for those that demonstrate an excellent understanding of protecting our environment, with a special emphasis on what goes into our sewers....

VisitEngland has announced the winners of the annual Awards for Excellence, celebrating the best of the country’s tourism industry, with the South West again outperforming all other regions with 17 national winners. The announcements marked the end of the cycle which started in 2021 when businesses entered their local tourism awards in Dorset, Bristol, Bath and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. ...

Winners of the 2021/22 Dorset Tourism Awards enjoyed an extra celebration with a spring party for 120 winners and sponsors at Sculpture by the Lakes on 19 May, when three special prizes were announced....
